The Treasurer/CFO reports directly to the Board of Education and serves as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for the financial affairs of the school district which are aligned with government regulations and the district's initiatives. The Treasurer also serves as the Secretary to the Board of Education and works closely with the Superintendent on strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenditures. 

The primary objective of the Treasurer’s department is to be fiscal stewards of taxpayer dollars keeping students' best interests in mind. The district is proud to provide financial credibility and accountability to our taxpayers, students, parents, and staff.

Access to information concerning the conduct of the people’s business is a right of every person in this state.

Records of the New Richmond Exempted Village School District which are not exempt from disclosure under the law are available for inspection and copying in accordance with the Ohio Public Records Act.

1. Log into your GovDeals account. If you do not have an account, follow the prompts on the website to create one.

2. Find the item you wish to bid on.

3. Click the description of the item to open the asset page.

4. Place your bid. The bid box is on the right hand side of the page.

5. Click on “Place Bid.”

6. On the bid confirmation page, read the sellers terms and confirm the bid amount.

   • click on “I agree” or “I disagree” to complete the bidding process.
