The New Richmond High School Lions come back from an over-10-point deficit at halftime to beat Bishop Brossard by 10 !!!!
Parents and Caregivers, good morning. I wanted to get the word out about a unique opportunity for our 11th grade students. Last year we brought in a company called TorchPrep to offer some ACT prep for those juniors who were taking the ACT. It was a two day in school "blitz" where those students were taught research based test taking strategies to help them on the ACT.
After taking the ACT, those students told me that they definitely benefited from the from the TorchPrep ACT blitz course. We had about 25 juniors sign up last year and we are happy to offer this course again this year.
I have attached a flyer with the important information as well as the contact person with any questions. This will be open to juniors first, but if we do not get enough juniors (25 needed to run the course) we will open it up to any sophomores who me be interested also.
Thanks

Parents and caregivers, good morning. I wanted to share with all of you what our midterm exam schedule looks like as we begin these exams next week. I have attached both pages to this post. Please keep in mind that if a student has an "A" in quarter one AND quarter two with zero unexcused absences, they may exempt that exam. There is no limit on how many exams a student can exempt.
Our first exam will be next Monday, if a student is able to exempt that exam (8th bell exam), they are exempt for the entire school day. If they are taking that exam, they need to be here for the entire school day beginning at 7:40am. If your student is exempting this exam but due to childcare issues, you need to send them to school, we will keep them here for the school day and they can go home on the bus at the regular time.
We are looking forward to next week and I'm sure our students will do very well on these exams. If you have any questions, please let us know.
Thanks
